Meal for Malawi - Sunday 31st May

Short Term OutReach Missions (STORM) is heading out to Malawi again this summer, and in order to raise funds we would like to invite you to a Malawian Meal in the Whitchurch Centre at 1:00pm on Sunday 31st May. STORM involves work with orphans, schools, and prisons in Malawi, and all proceeds from the minimum donation of £3 per person or £10 for a family of 4 will go towards these ministries.

There will be an alternative for those of you not willing to brave the african food, and also a vegetarian option! Children are also welcome, there will be games for them, and a quiz for the adults! If you'd like to come please sign up in the lounge!

How can you help?

Many of the resourses needed by STORM can be taken to Malawi from the UK, and we would really value any contributions of the following:

Craft materials such as:

- Paper,

- Pens,

- Paint,

- Crayons,

- Coloured card
- Childrens clothes and shoes
- Musical Instruments

We would also appreciate money specifically for bibles which can be bought in Malawi in the language of chichewa.

There will be a box labelled STORM in the library over the next few weeks to collect anything you can give. Thank you!!!
