About how Bethel is Funded?

Bethel is funded solely by gifts from the congregation. We like to encourage a healthy attitude to giving - not evading the money question, nor talking incessantly about it either!

Donations are made to the church through weekly offerings and also by standing orders. Some of the fellowship maximise their gifts by using the government's Gift Aid scheme.

Bethel is commited to supporting a number of Mission Organisations such as The Baptist Missionary Society and Home Mission together with local charities such as Big Ideas. 

Bethel is a member of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and is also part of the Evangelical Alliance.
