OK… confession time – I may have been rather hasty on Sunday in thinking that were on the Red Light level of Coronavirus threat in Wales. Apparently, we’re still on “black” – which means the traffic lights haven’t even been turned on yet, and the easing of the lockdown restrictions has yet to begin!

But although we still cannot open the church for prayer (yet), we are still going ahead with our plan for a Day of Prayer, albeit from home. Fortunately, we are never truly isolated – and our prayers cannot be locked down, and will still be heard by God!

May 26th 2020 marks the 80 year anniversary of the National Day of Prayer as called by King George VI before the miracle of Dunkirk!

Throughout the day we will be posting prayer videos and podcasts to give us a focus to unite around through the day. More details are to follow – but please save the date, note the times and plan to join us for as much as you are able as we once again, “with one heart and soul, humbly but confidently, commit our cause to God and ask His aid.”

8:00am – Morning Prayers

1:00pm – Virtual Prayer Walk

9:00pm – Evening Complin

Once those resources go live they will remain available throughout the course of the day, so please do join in whenever and wherever you can!

“Call to me and I will answer you with great and unsearchable things you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33.3)
