Prayer Times
There are a couple of opportunities each week to join with others for a time of prayer. Monday Evening at 7pm and/or Saturday morning at 10am both in the lounge. It would be great if you could join us.
Crafty Chatters
Crafty Chatters meets on the first Friday of every month from 6pm - 9pm in room 5 in the church hall. All are welcome to come for as long or short a time as you can and if you are dropping children / youth to any of the clubs why not drop in for a tea or coffee and a chat whilst you wait. The next meeting will be on the 7th November.
Coffee Mornings and Midweek Service
The coffee mornings take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 11am in the Church Lounge. A lovely time to meet together to chat and share in fellowship. The midweek services have also now resumed and take place on the 4th Tuesday of the month in the Church. The next meeting will be on the 28th October
Light Party
Looking forward to this, this week! Taking place on 31st October from 6-7.30 pm
Bethel runs a light party each year to offer a true alternative for young people during one of the darkest nights of the year. It's a great event to be part of and offers natural opportunities to share faith and Jesus to this wonderful community we are part of. There are opportunities to be part of the team with the younger ones, supervising an activity, craft or stall. There is also a chance to be part of the team providing hospitality for the parents. Please let Tim know if you would like to volunteer.
"Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house." Matthew 5:15
Let's light up the dark!

Giving
As a Baptist church, Bethel is entirely self-funded by the giving of its members and those who attend regularly. If you’d like to support our ministry and mission in an ongoing way – we can do so either by placing donations in the offering box on the Bible shelves near the sound desk, pay by contactless giving on the phone there, or by bank transfers.
Please see the following information about the way the church is funded. Many thanks. There are also QR codes in various places in the Church Lounge and Church hall for you to scan to support the ministry and mission of the church if you so wish.

Easy Fundraising
Easy Fundraising is a simple way to support Bethel without it costing you anything. It’s a way of raising money for the church when you shop online, either using your computer or a smartphone. You can find more information at
www.easyfundraising.org.uk. You’ll need to sign up (it’s free) and then either install an app for your phone or there’s a plugin for your web browser. The website guides you through the simple steps to do this. It will also ask you to ‘Find a cause’, so if you look for Bethel Baptist we’re the only one on there at the moment. .
